In 2003, Cala Luna Restaurant was established thanks to the will and love of Chef Paola Maxia who is in charge of outside and inside the kitchen.
Paola provides selected Sardinian products arranged directly from Sardinia daily. The local catch from the ports of Lazio arrive fresh every morning, whilst the desserts are made personally by the creative hands of Paola.
